It s a 2009 tiguan se 2 0t 4motion. Can t find anything on google to back this up in fact all i can find is stuff saying it s only the front doors that must open but as the garage i went to halford s autocentre said they couldn t actually fix. Ok so my drivers door on my 2013 golf won t open from the outside i pull the handle it feels loose won t release but from the inside opens perfectly fine.

Prompted by this thread i did a bit of googl ing which led me to opening the window so i could work the indoor and outdoor handles at the same time. A few days ago without warning my driver s side door wouldn t open from the outside. Chris vw master tech.
